Shipping policy

1. Delivery Times
Our products are shipped directly from international suppliers, and the estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days, which may extend up to 45 business days depending on the customer's location and product availability. External factors such as customs delays or adverse weather conditions may affect delivery times.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Once processed, your order will be dispatched and a tracking number will be provided by email so you can follow your shipment.
3. Order Tracking
All of our shipments include a tracking number, which will be sent by email within 5 business days after payment. To track your order, simply use the tracking number provided.
It's common for the tracking number to initially show as "not found" in the carrier's system; it is usually updated within 5 business days after it's issued.
4. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping across the United States. There are no additional shipping costs, regardless of your order value.
5. Delivery Areas
We ship throughout the United States. However, some remote areas may have longer delivery times, depending on the availability of carriers serving that region.
6. Taxes & Duties
All taxes and customs duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of Monselle. You will not need to pay any additional fees upon receiving your product.
7. Delays & Exceptions
Although we do everything possible to ensure on-time delivery, delays may occur for reasons beyond our control, such as:
- Adverse weather conditions;
- Strikes or other events affecting transportation;
- Customs delays or inspections.
If any unforeseen issue causes a significant delay in your delivery, we will contact you with updates.
8. Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and complete. If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete and the order is returned to sender, a new shipping fee will be charged to resend the product.
